In Ron Alsop’s article, "The 'Trophy Kids' Go to Work" he argues that there is a new generation of people coming in and everyone has to learn to adjust to them, even the employers. Alsop thinks the millennials just expect things. He also expresses the fact that they think they deserve special treatment.
