What is an example of a J-curve population in nature? Explain *
An example for the J-Curve happens when there is a population long as the birth rate and is slightly above the death rate. A population grows exponentially with a characteristic J-curve. An example that shows the J-Curve occurs in a population of 2000 mice; and 200 die each month, but 1000 are born, creating a J-Curve when graphed.

* What is an S-curve? Explain

The S curve is used to as a linkage between cause and effect. Looks at the points that were used in the past and as time go on the reported data will start shifting due to the revised data and the curve will turn into an S. For example a business grows to multiple locations nationwide and these locations impact the way business is made and produced Even if the business and markets are stable, success is likely to attract competitors. The business that learned to set prices based on cost plus or what the market would bear now finds itself competing with businesses that are satisfying the market at a lower price.
