The bar graph and survey results show most students would prefer not to have the college choose their schedules. There were 19 students that disagreed with Sheridan College assigning their schedules and 9 students agreed that Sheridan College should assign their schedules.

There were 27 students that agreed with the statement that Sheridan College should allow students to customize their schedules vs one student that disagreed. This contrasts with the previous question that asked the direct opposite of this. It is presumed that the question was worded incorrectly, or respondents did not understand the difference, which would explain the difference in answers.

An even split of respondents had to drop or swap a class due to its time. More research must be conducted to establish if these respondents altered their classes while they were choosing them (if given that option) or if they had to change them after they started.

It would appear based on the results above that 50% of the students surveyed would prefer classes on the weekend and would want options available for weekend classes. The other 50% would not prefer weekend classes; therefore they would be fine with having weekday classes.

Analysis: Question 7
We can see that most of the students surveyed would prefer weekday classes while a small amount of students prefer weekend classes. Wednesday and Thursday are the two most popular days in which students prefer to have their classes. These answers also contrast the previous question about student’s opinions on weekend classes where a greater percentage wanted weekend classes.

Of the total respondents, 54% of the students surveyed are fine with the 3 hour classes which already take place, while 46% of the students surveyed would want shorter classes. None of the students want a longer class time. This suggests students want the standard amount of class time or less, which would raise questions about if they’re receiving enough in class training, or if they want online content.

Analysis: Question 9
Based on the survey results and the bar graph above we can see that the majority of students would prefer to have classes in the morning (9:00 am -12:00pm) and early afternoon (12:00pm -3:00pm). Only a small majority of students chose other options such as early (Before 9:00 am), Afternoon (1:00pm7:00pm) and evening (7:00pm- 10:00pm). No student choose the option of having classes at night
(10:00pm- 1:00am). This suggests that students perhaps don’t have jobs during the week, or if they do, it is at night which is why they want daytime classes.

Analysis: Question 10

According to the survey results, most students want more options available to them. Students want more professors so that there will be more class times available to choose from. The students that have their class schedules chosen for them want the option of being allowed to choose their own schedules.
There are also many students that would prefer later start times to line up with the results in question 9.
Some students complain about the fact that third year students are given first pick over the second year students and feel that all students should be allowed to choose their courses at the same time. There are also some students that want more flexibility with dropping and swapping classes, allowing more time in the beginning of the semester in case the classes they have do not accommodate their schedules.

...Consumer Perceptions of Bardot During our survey we asked Bardot customers to rate their opinions of the brand in terms of price, fashion (on trend, fashionable) and quality. On average Bardot customers rated the pricing as 3.1/5 , compared to 2.9 /5 in fashionable and 2.8/5 in quality. The overall customer perception of the store is in the upper middle range indicating Bardot’s target market is satisfied with these factors. The data shows the Bardot customers perceive the pricing of their clothing to be reasonable (3.1/5). We asked Bardot customers to think back to their last visit into a store and tell us whether they thought the store presentation was inviting, eg. window display, store layout and presentation of stock. Our findings show that majority of customers, 74% found the store presentation inviting, suggesting the visual merchandising is attracting their market and satisfying the needs of the customer.
