In this Ted talk titled, “The power of introverts” by Susan Cain, Cain speaks on how introverts shaped this world even though the world praises extroverts instead. She discusses how the world be more productive if we let students work by themselves and come together as a group instead of initially meeting as a group and working. She says people should work alone first because a lot of time quiet people get under talked by the extrovert and then persuaded even though their initial thoughts might be better. Cain supports this claims with her own experience as an introverted kid being ripped from her books and solitude and told to be more outgoing.
