SWATCH GROUP SWATCH GROUP: AN INTRODUCTION The Swatch Group (or just ‘SWATCH’) is a manufacturer and distributor of watches, movements, components and other products. The group also manufactures mechanical and quartz movements, and is active in the design, production and marketing of electronic components. Swatch has subsidiaries and distributors worldwide.
