Comments/Recommendations: The target market was segregated to four sections: residential, property management, commercial, and builder earnings, based off a fifteen-mile radius within Mount Shasta. Both owners have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and the flooring business has been in existence for 11 years.
3. Does the research support the business opportunity? 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 - 5

Comments/Recommendations: There is market saturation for the level of competition because there are five competitors in the small region of Mount Shasta. The data was thorough, but there could have been research about the business competitors. The group would recommend the business evaluate their competitors more.

4. Is the business plan information sufficient to support 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 - 5 the success of the business opportunity?
Comments/Recommendations: There is an unrealistic warranty of guaranteeing a lifetime of installation warranties. Overall, there is a lot of relevant data to support the success of the Chesler Flooring.

The exit plan set in place whether or not the Chesler Floor would succeed or not be successful. If the business would become financially successful the owners Matt and Christina Chesler would allow family members to assume ownership after their passing. If the business was not successful the owners decided to pay off their debt, liquidate assets by selling the company.
