Marketing analysis plays a very important step role in the business plan. Although a company has an idea to form a business, but without marketing plan, the business can’t go smooth.
Thus, a company need to plan what kind of people want to target, which place or country that the company want to enter. So, the company has to make a business plan and follow the business plan so that it can avoid the problem or can know where the problem is existing and everything can go smoothly.

Segmentation

First of all, we are using demographic segmentation which has divided into two categories which is age of the students and their gender. The age of students who are studying in college and university have different age, they are starting from 17 years old to 27 years old. Many most of them like …show more content…
Strength and weaknesses refer to internal factor which mean the factor that company can control it. On the other hand, opportunity and threat refer to external factor which mean the factor that company can’t control it.

The strength of our shop is we have provide Ipad to customer play or find information. We will put the Ipad stick to the wall or lock Ipad to the table. So, they can’t steal the Ipad from our shop.

Furthermore, the opportunity of our company have divide into two category which are high opportunity and low opportunity. High opportunity is we will hired cashier, waitress and baker. In addition, low opportunity is we will hired cashier, waitress simultaneous baker.

On the other hand, our weakness is we just enter in the new market, many people doesn’t recognize our shop name and what we has sell. So, we will do our best to make our shop to become more famous and
