Have you ever thought about going to the bathroom outside, at night in winter, because you have no water to flush the toilet? Farmers and the citizens argue about the drought that’s been happening in California. The farmers don’t want laws to control the water so they can use it to water their plants, the citizens want laws so they can take showers and don’t worry a lot about wasting water. I think there should be laws to control the water from the wells.

Farmers shouldn’t get the water from their neighbors because everyone should only get what belongs to them, so the citizens can have more water to use. People can go without eating almonds, nuts, etc, till the drought ends.
