Filipe do Carmo Souza¹ Fabiana Venturini Rossoni² Resumo O presente artigo tem como tema a análise dos canais de atendimento do Banco do Brasil e a comparação com os dados do setor bancário, nos anos de 2012, 2013 e 2014. Considerando que a relação entre cliente e banco está passando por mudanças e as empresas devem permanecer atentas ao atual ambiente competitivo, a pesquisa feita contribui com reflexões sobre como os bancos ofertam seus produtos e serviços e como os clientes buscam as instituições financeiras. Desta forma, o objetivo geral deste artigo é analisar a evolução dos canais de atendimento do Banco do Brasil e comparar os dados obtidos com os levantamentos existentes da FEBRABAN, do setor como um todo. Metodologicamente a pesquisa classifica-se como exploratória com coleta de dados de forma bibliográfica e documental. As informações sobre os canais de atendimento foram levantadas nos relatórios trimestrais divulgados pelo Banco do Brasil e os dados do sistema financeiro foram coletados nas pesquisas FEBRABAN de tecnologia bancária. Conclui-se que após o levantamento e análise dos dados o objetivo deste estudo foi atingido, e a principal conclusão é de que os meios virtuais estão se tornando mais importantes, porém os outros canais de atendimento não perderam espaço, continuam crescendo em sua maioria. Springer Professor Mimi Engel Professor Mark Berends Though there is widespread evidence that teachers matter, a more challenging problem exists in attempting to measure teacher effectiveness. It can be argued that student feedback is an important consideration in any teacher evaluation system as students have the most contact with teachers and are the direct consumers of a teacher’s service. The current paper outlines the development and preliminary validation of a student survey on teacher practice. Using data from a large-scale pilot in Georgia, the analysis finds that teacher scores on a student survey have a positive and marginally significant relationship to value-added estimates of teacher effects on student achievement. Further, there is a strong link between teacher scores and measures of academic student engagement and student self-efficacy.
