Six groups each composed of nine representative farmers from communal and small-scale conservation enterprises participated in deriving the objective selection criteria of breeding animals using data on economic weights of preferential traits. The shuffled focus groups brainstormed on the mating strategy and management of breeding animals within low-input conservation enterprises. An economic-weight dependent culling method (EWCM) and two-tier open nucleus breeding scheme were conceptualized. Sažetak Na osnovu argumentacije, koja će biti detaljno izložena, zaključili smo da će se EU do 2020. proširiti i obuhvatiti Hrvatsku i, najverovatnije Island (ukoliko ostane pri svojoj želji za priključenjem). Takođe, jasna je perspektiva nastavka reformi i PSP zemalja Zapadnog Balkana i Turske, dok će se dalje produbljivati Susedska politika prema zemljama bivšeg SSSR-a, pre svega Ukrajini i Moldaviji. Politika EU prema Kavkaskim zemljama je veoma složena, ali bitna sa aspekta političkih odnosa prema SAD i Rusiji, ali i veoma bitna sa aspekta energetske sigurnosti. Pretpostavka je da će se pokušati graditi politika prema ovim državama pre svega kroz Susedsku politiku, da bi se postigao maksimum u izražavanju interesa zemalja EU u ovom regionu. Posebno ćemo razmatrati aktuelna pitanja granica Evrope, fokusirajući se na tri osnovna aspekta/pogleda na to pitanje: geografske granice, političke granice i vrednosne granice. troškovima i dobitima država koje su kandidati za ulazak u EU, ali i onih koje su već članice.
