. After conducting an environmental scan, there are several factors that suggest Tanglewood might have difficulty filling their vacancies in the future. The first is that recent college graduates have little desire to work in retail. The long hours, low pay, and frequent conflict with lower level employees lead to the reluctance of workers to even consider dealing with this in order to receive a promotion. A second factor that suggests Tanglewood might have difficulty filling their vacancies in the future is the soft labor market in the recent years in the Pacific Northwest. While managerial positions will be easier to find, there will not be as many available
