This was stated by Mr Atul Takle, Vice-President — Corporate Communications, TCS, at an informal press meet here. According to him, the most important integration is being effected with regard to human resources. TCS is trying to incorporate its HR policies in the CMC format. The second step is being taken with regard to joint bidding for projects. Mr Takle said that sometimes both organisations were coming together and bidding jointly for a project. At other times, they were bidding separately. ``It varies from case to case. If we find that that by jointly bidding our purpose will be served, we do so. Otherwise, we bid separately.
