Role and Functions of Law Paper

Legal matter in country has changed a lot nowadays especially law over the past few decades. Lawyers want to make money now instead of helping you from bringing you ground up and companies loosing their skills and trying to profit from someone or something that is a non legal way to do it. Nowadays everything is law and law is very important and business is marketing experienced employees. United States is all about the laws and regulation they have laws for everything and people don’t fallow laws.

America is so strong in government that we have developed the strongest government which with that we have the strongest lawmaker and laws in the country. The role and function of law is to keep our systems of laws running smoothly and not so full of stress that we keep have to worrying about that’s going to happen next and we won’t be able to find a solution... The role and function of law allows for the legal and layperson to have guidelines to follow and also disagree with those guidelines in an orderly and ethical manner. I think the biggest problem now is that the lawyers don’t even want to do anything or do such little and they ask for too much money. And that is why there is so much crime now.

I think one of the biggest laws doctors, they are always doing what they are not suppose to be doing and I feel that doctors are one profession where they break most of the rules and laws. I know people ate always protesting when it comes to abortion and they want this to be a law for a girl or women not to have an abortion and they are always protesting about that but I will as a women that should be a women’s choice. What if she was raped or what if her child is deformed.

Business plays a strong role in law. If anything business I think business created law at my job just hired a lawyer which they should have done in the first place because I work for a bus company and it’s a very well known bus company “Coach USA”. And we constantly have drivers hitting someone or getting hurt at job and suing the company. I remember one time we had such a horrible case it was really sad but we ended up paying so much money. It was one of my sister companies known as “Mega Bus”. This was in Chicago the driver was driving a open roof double Decker and mostly everyone was sitting up top on the roof and the driver did not realize the height of the bus and he ran into a bridge mostly people died on that accident and the driver was hurt as well . He had also broken the shook the bridge because it was on a highway and our company was sued for a lot of money I think this accident cost us a lot of money in the history of Coach USA. The company couldn’t event fight the case because it was a win win case for the injured people and their families. It was a very sad thing but the company provided a chunk of money for this case. . Also one time it was a pedestrians fault but his family sued our company and own the case the guy was running for the bus and he go caught in this show lace and fell in front of the bus while the bus was running and got ran over by the bus and he won the case. I feel you must have some laws set within the company because if you run a large company you need to have certain laws set for the company and everyone should follow the laws. For example the perfect example is wearing a seat belt it saves your life but people still don’t do that or not using a cell phone while driving but I’m sure everyone sees people on there cell phone while driving. People need to realize that the government creates laws for our safety to keep us Protected and keep us safe from all these crimes that are going on the in world. A person must protect themselves and follow the laws to keep themselves and there family safe.
