Teachers and OT form a partnership based on collaboration and coaching. The OT identify children, with developmental coordination disorder (DCD), and trial/demonstrate strategies that support their everyday functioning in school. P4C therapists spend one full day per week in a school and focus on knowledge transfer to ensure that teachers acquire the information necessary to manage children with DCD in the classroom. Seven community-based OT implemented the P4C model of service delivery in ten Ontario schools over the course of the 2009-2010 school year. The OT were female and full-time (five) and part-time (two) employees at Community Rehab. Employment duration at Community Rehab ranged from 3 to 10 years. On average, participating OT

A child who is diagnosed with cerebral palsy can be affected mildly or severely depending on the amount or part of brain. Generally children who are diagnosed with cerebral palsy can attend school. Although the child may experience some learning disabilities and may require some assistant, but frequently can do things children without cerebral palsy can do. ...Subject: Successful Princeton Applicant Through all of my accomplishments and disappointments, I have always been especially proud of the dedication and fervor I possess for my personal beliefs and values. Unfortunately, it has often been difficult for me to remain outwardly firm and confident in a town where most people think alike and reject exceptions. Whenever I have expressed my position as a pro-life advocate, peers have badgered, accused, and ridiculed me for simply believing in something that they scorn. Despite all the pressure, I never waive red from my belief, yet I became frustrated and began to lose the courage to publicly express my opinion on this controversial topic. To gain some insight and reassurance for myself, I attended the New Jersey Right to Life Convention in the spring of 1995. This experience uplifted me and offered great inspiration and enlightenment. At the convention I received an overwhelming amount of support and encouragement from wonderful people who advocate the very principles I believe in. This convention was so inspiring that the next day in school I was able to relate my experience to one of my biggest opponents on the subject. Also, the abundant information available at the convention enabled me to defend my position on abortion more effectively. Attending this convention accomplished two things. Customary laws have been unable to address the problem which suggests that extra- legal interventions might be necessary. Social work intervention is necessary to preserve the widow’s worth and dignity as a human being, which is the principal value of social work. A widow is a woman who has lost a husband by death and has not remarried, according to The South African Concise Oxford Dictionary. Property stripping refers to depriving someone of acquired or inherited movable or immovable possessions that rightfully and legally belong to that person (The South African Concise Oxford Dic tionary; Kuenyehia 2003).
