According to Lussier & Achua , (2013) Team centered and leader centered leadership styles have their own particular strengths and weaknesses . Leader centered leadership needs to take just conclusions from colleagues however leader needs to make the choice. Leader has to control, run the gathering. In Team centered leadership, leader has to include colleagues in the choice making methodology, Leader has to work just as consultant and facilitator instead of manager.

I consider team-centered leadership as the most effective leadership as it emerges relationships among people who work together especially in a joint intellectual effort. It makes your job easier by connecting and communicating with people, helps in organizing people and achieve goals. It is self regulating. It is the result of collaborative efforts of all the people within the organization. Team-centered leadership clearly marks the difference between authority and leadership. All the units in an organization are complementary in terms of contribution. Every person has a significant role to play. This kind of leadership is inherent within an organization. It helps the organization to function smoothly. Accountability, trust and shared goals are clearly visible in this form of leadership.

Leader-centered approach may prove successful sometimes but often, people within the group do not have agreement. Moreover, it may also become authoritative and the common goals may not penetrate in the entire organization. Thus, team-centered leadership is most effective level of leadership.

Reaction to the information in Drucker:

In fourth chapter, Drucker discusses the importance of strengths and weaknesses of an individual in an organization. An effective leader identifies the strengths of an individual rather than the weaknesses. Strengths can be more effective in an organization if he/she can
