KABANATA I ANG SULIRANIN AT KALIGIRAN NITO 1. Introduksyon Ang vocational education ay isang pag-aaral na may kaakibat na pagsasanay para sa isang tiyak na trabaho. Binibigyan nito ng pansin ang mga kabataang nakapagtapos ng sekondarya ngunit hindi makapag kolehiyo dahil sa kakulangan ng pangangailangang pinansyal. Ang mga pagsasanay ding ito ay nakatuon upang paunlarin ang kanilang mga kakayahan at ihanda sila sa maaari nilang pasukang trabaho o hanapbuhay at nang sa ganoon ay magkakaroon sila ng magandang kinabukasan. Halos walang pinagkaiba rin ang depinisyong ibinigay sa amin ni Ginoong Jose N. Georlin, Presidente ng paaralang bokasyonal DATS Technical school, isang panayam (Pebrero 5, 2014). Ayon sa kanya, ang bokasyonal na edukasyon o ang tinatawag na “Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) ay isang ahensya ng pamahalaan na inatasang ipatupad ang pamantayan at alituntunin ng ating pamahalaan sa mga teknikal at bokasyonal na kurso. Ito ang nagbibigay ng pahintulot sa mga nasabing paaralan upang makapagtayo ng teknikal na kaalaman. Sila din ang nagbibigay ng libreng pagsasanay o scholarship program para sa mga kabataang out-of-school youth na walang sapat na pera upang makatungtung sa paaralang may apat na taon at maiangat ang mga kababaihan. 3. Kahalagahan ng Pag-aaral

Ang mga mananaliksik ay naniniwala na ang pag-aaral na ito ay mahalaga. Ito ay nagsisilbing mabisang kaalaman na maaaring magamit ng mga mag-aaral na nakapagtapos ng vocational education tungo sa kanilang pagkabuhayan at upang mapaunlad ang bawat buhay ng mga tao.

Mahalaga ang nakalap na datos na ito, at ang mga impormasyong nakalahad dito dahil napakalaki ng maitutulong nito sa mga mag-aaral sa vocational course, pati na rin sa mga mananaliksik na nais makamit ang kursong pambokasyonal na impormasyon hinggil sa vocational education.

Georlin. * Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) ay naghahandog nga higher diploma at vocational certificate. * Ang Job Performance Rating ay ang kabuuang sukatan ng kakayahan ng isang empleyado sa pagturo sa nasabing estudyante. * Ang Students Satisfaction ay isa sa pinakukunan namin ng datos kung saan malalaman namin ang opinyon o pagsang-ayon sa isyu na aming itatanong. * Ang Technical Education and Skills Development Authority(TESDA) ay nagbibigay ng pagsasanay sa iba’t ibang kasanayan nang sa gayo’y maaari kang makipagsabayan sa paghahanap ng trabaho o makapagsimula ng sariling negosyo. * Ang Vocational ay kaugnay sa isang trabaho o hanapbuhay na sumasailalim sa isang pagsasanay sa mga espesyal na kakayahan. * Ang Vocational Education ay pagsasanay para sa isang tiyak na trabaho ng mga industriya o agrikultura o di kaya ay pangangalakal. * Ang Vocational Training ay pagsasanay para sa isang tiyak na trabaho sa mga industriya o agrikultura o pangangalakal. * Ang Vocational Training Council (VTC) ay nagbibigay ng kompletong programa sa mga mag-aaral bago makapagtrabaho o pre-employment.

KABANATA II MGA KAUGNAY NA PAG-AARAL AT LITERATURA Marami ang nakakaalam kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng kursong Bokasyonal na Edukasyon. Ang Bokasyonal na Edukasyon ng mga institusyong pang- edukasyon at ang mga ini-ooffer nito ay marami pa rin ang hindi nakaka-intindi sa kahalagahan dulot nito lamang sa mga mag-aaral, kundi maging sa mag-aaral na may edad na, na nais nang magkaroon ng trabaho. Ayon kay Jhon L. Scott (1982) sa kanyang lathalain na pinamagatang Vocational Special Needs sa aklat na inilathala ng American Technical, ang edukasyong teknikal ay isang bokasyonal oriented na sa mga edukasyonal na mga lugar ay ang generic na termino na sumasaklaw sa iba’t ibang antas at mga uri ng teknikong pang-edukasyon na una na sa lahat na programa. 3. Instrumentong Pananaliksik Nagsagawa ang mga mananaliksik ng karagdagang detalye sa pamamagitan ng pag-sarbey. LAGOM, KONKLUSYON AT REKOMENDASYON
1. Lagom Ang pag-aaral na ito ay isang pagtatangkang malaman ang damdamin, pananaw at kaalaman ng mga estyudanteng kumukuha ng kursong Bokasyunal. Gamit ang disenyong deskriptib-analitik ang mga mananaliksik ay ng desinyo ng sarbey-kwestyonerna pinasagutan sa dalawamput-limang (25) respondente,apat (4) sa Electrical Installation Maintenance, Apat (4) sa Computer Hardware,labing–pito (17) sa Welding na kumukuha ng kursong Bokasyunal.
2. Konklusyon Batay sa mga inilahad na datos, ang mga mananaliksik ay humantong sa mga sumusunod na konklosyun: a. Gayunpaman, gusto pa nilang pa-unlarin ang kanilang nalalaman. c. Inimungkahi niya na sana maging instrumento sila sa pagpapalaganap ng mga programang pampamahalaan na siyang makatutulong at magiging gabay para sa mga taong gustong mapaunlad an kanilang sariling pamumuhay. Mahalaga rin para sa kanila na makatulong sa mga kabataan na out-of-school-youth na hindi kayang matustusan ang kanilang pag-aaral.
