INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to collect information about the company Tecnalia research and information. We have searched the main information of this company like the history, the mission, the main competitors, the organigram…etc. With all this information we have make a report to summarize all the characteristics and to know more about this company.

NAME, TYPE OF ENTITY, YEAR CREATED ETC.
Tecnalia Research & Innovation is a Private Research Center of R & D based on Business Units of a sectoral basis. It was set up in 2010, although it incorporates within it the experience, career and strengths of organisations with a broad, extensive curriculum.
It was born out of the merger between Cidemco, ESI, Euve, Fatronik, Inasmet, Labein, Leia and Robotiker, thus creating the largest private Research, Development and Innovation (R+D+i) group in Spain and one of the leading ones in Europe,

INTRODUCCION Los actuales conocimientos de los procesos del deterioro de los pescados de agua dulce son pobres comparados con los que se tienen para pescados marinos. En el desarrollo de este proceso tiene lugar la pérdida progresiva de la frescura y calidad del pescado. Ello se produce a través de una serie de modificaciones sensoriales, autolíticas y bacteriológicas, que conducirán finalmente al rechazo por parte del consumidor. Para que estas modificaciones ocurran más lentamente y prolongar la vida útil del pescado es imprescindible la utilización de métodos de conservación. Los más utilizados en la industria pesquera son: el enfriamiento, la congelación, el enlatado, la salazón, el ahumado y el secado. La reducción de la temperatura como medio de preservar el pescado y los productos pesqueros tiene una gran importancia a nivel mundial, tanto para los mercados locales como para la exportación. El método más utilizado para la preservación de filetes frescos se basa en la aplicación de hielo en escama. Como alternativa a ello se puede considerar el envasado al vacío...
