Implementing this new form of care is a major change for the entire company. How management handles this change can help make the transition somewhat smoother. Management will need to possess several necessary aspects. Some of these necessities are leadership, vision, trust, and implementation. To be able to change, an organization must be led. Being able to explain the rationale for adding telemedicine to the organization should be on the top of their agenda (Glaser, Lee & Wager, 2013). Vision is another aspect that needs to be addressed by management. This should include those who will be affected by the new implementation. They should know what their new roles are and how their new work flow will be affected. This vision should be clear to all involved. Change can be difficult for some people.
