INTRODUCTION
Gadgets are important to the society. They are man-made technology that is highly accessed by this generation. It is said that electronics gadgets modifies the world. This will show the true power of electronically gadgets. There are many types of gadgets. The gadgets that are usually used by students are smart phones, tablets, televisions, laptops, computers, X-box and kinect.
The researchers picked this topic because technology has gotten more attention than the studies of the students of this generation. They would like to know what would be the reason why the youth is more interested in gadgets than their academic performance and the knowledge and skills that they would develop in school. They want to know what they could gain from using gadgets and what they will lose in using these objects. They would also like to be informed about what the changes in behavior and thinking that could affect the growth of a student. They want to asses if the spread of technology would become a distraction or a help to a student. The investigators were appealed to the topic because gadgets are now able to provide easier access to information and educational advantages. Gadgets get the attention of the students because of its engrossing and fascinating presentations of information. This also helps the parents who are unaware of the effects of gadgets to their child’s study. Overuse of gadgets may result to interference with the student determination and ability to learn.
Technology can be used for many things some positive and some negative. The effects that are now being documented on children whom are left unattended for hours on end are nothing but negative. Long term damage is more prevalent in the recent studies than ever before. Researchers are finding that many parents are using the internet and other form of technology to “raise” their children. Thus children are suffering academically in many ways. Technology is taking away from learning skills that are necessary to survive in society. Teachers are seeing more kids without the ability to control themselves, if they do not receive the answers that they want they have a meltdown on a temper tantrum. A large number of children are unable to have a normal conversation that have logged so many hours online, having conversations that they are unable to converse on a normal setting. School administrators are finding that young students are carrying attitude of invisibility. The way that some talk online is completely different from reality, they are “tough” behind a keyboard, but without being taught respect, and the skills to have an educated conversation, we are doing nothing but a disservice to our children. Parents need to realize these harmful effects of technology and make it a priority that their children learn proper socialization skills. Many teachers are seeing a decline on children’s writing and reading skills. (Gee, 2013)
In our society today, students are becoming more focused on technological gadgets that they are unable to value their education. Students are easily distracted in class when their phones vibrate or ring. They use boredom as an excuse to play games or use apps in class. Gadgets have made the students lazy as well. Instead of writing notes they intend to take photographs of what is written on the board. Gadgets are advantages that are being used by student as a disadvantage to their education. The goals of the investigators are to find the questions; what are the effects of using gadgets to a student’s education? How to solve the problem? What cant the grown-ups do to help fix the problem? How should the students act to lessen the problem?
This study can be conducted in any school around the world but the researchers limited their study at Father Saturnino Urios University because there is already the right amount of data there that is needed. This study is focused on the students. They also just conducted this in that school because they could easily fetch data there and also have accurate results because they are studying in that educational institution. In the study, the investigators are focused on the gadgets that are always used by the students. They researches about electronic devices such as phones, tablets, laptops and computers because they believed that these commonly used gadgets could really affect the students. There are also some gadgets that they didn’t include in their study/research such as consoles (PSP, PS4, game house, brick games, etc) because in their generation, they have advanced technology and could already download any game or application of the consoles in their phones, tablets, computers, etc. There is only a few amount of students who use these consoles.
The study aims to know hot gadgets work around students. This would change the way adults interact with students who most of the time use gadgets. This study would make electronic devices became an advantage without any risks. This is to be able to give suggestions and ideas to use gadgets properly that would make students more productive. The researchers would find the differences and match information that could lead to a solution and also prevention against the disasters that gadgets could bring. Most of the time, students spend more time on smart phones than books and even use it during class hours. This would affect their mental capability to learn and the interest to do so. Through research the investigators could find ways to use the gadgets during and after class hours with educational purposes. This is so that they can use their gadgets that they could relate and have their interest because there are ways that technology can make learning fun, Technology could do many things, frequently it makes students distracted but by using technology to have fun and gain knowledge, we could find the true purpose of why technology is made.
According to the Merriam-Webster, the term World Wide Web is a part of the Internet accessed through a graphical user interface and contains documents often connected by hyperlinks. In this paper, the term world wide web is used to mean "a system of documents that are accessed by the internet. "A web browser can view this web pages and it contains text, images, videos, etc. The meaning of worldwide means that these things can be viewed all over the world. The web can give positive and negative effects in our society. Positive because it could make our lives easier and we can easily communicate and also gather information around the world easier. The negative effects of it are that it can lead to bad things such as cyber crimes, plagiarism, cyber-bully etc. According to Merriam-Webster, the term computer game is an electronic game played by the means of images on a video screen and often emphasizing fast action. In this paper, the term computer game is used to mean "any of various electronic games that are played by manipulating an input device in response to the graphics on the screen". The word computer means a device that computes, especially a programmable electronic machine that performs high-speed mathematics or logical operations on that assembles stores, correlates or otherwise processes information. The word game means that procedure or for gaining an end.
Gadgets are a term that generally describes all the objects around us that makes our lives easier. Gadget maybe used by all students in the class to enhance learning experiences. It is a tool for the internet which gives access to the World Wide Web and the social networking sites. Gadgets were purposely used in schools to introduce an easier way to learn and to give new concepts in teaching. In the society today, gadgets have become obstacles in a student's life rather than becoming an advantage in our generation.
The term suffering describes a person who is undergoing pain, distress, or hardship. Suffering academically is a term that can be described as a situation where in a student has disadvantages in academical activities. In the research it is need to describe students who are more engaged in gadgets rather than books which is why they have poor performance during classes. They give more attention to gadgets which made them more incapable and uninterested in lectures. Students who are engaged in gadgets or disabilities that make it harder for them to learn or access education. A person's use to gadgets that is not school related that make them suffer academically because they are unable to focus on reading and learning. These sufferings include the loss of patience, learning skills that are necessary to survive in society and their ability to socialize.
REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE
Gadgets have changed our society in more ways than one. It has made our life easier and convenient. It has affected the mindset and imagination of the people and the community they live in now. The exaggerated effects of technological gadgets can now be seen on fictional movies and books. The practical ones can also be read on news, magazines, journals and studies.
In a movie entitled Disconnect, a hard-working lawyer, attached to his cell phone, can't find the time to communicate with his family. A couple is drawn into a dangerous situation when their secrets are exposed online. A widowed ex-cop struggles to raise a mischievous son who cyber-bullies a classmate. An ambitious journalist sees a career-making story in a teen that performs on an adult-only site. They are strangers, neighbors and colleagues and their stories collide in this riveting dramatic thriller about ordinary people struggling to connect in today's wired world. (Stern, 2012)
Chain Letter is a movie wherein Neil Conners receives a chain letter from an anonymous person telling him that he is the first person who links the chain and instructing him to forward it to five people or else he will die. Six friends receive a mysterious chain letter via text messaging and in their email accounts from a maniac who's hunting down teenagers who fail to forward his online chain letter. Who knew they should take the threats in the chain letter seriously? Or that chain letters using the teens' favorite technologies to track them can kill? This maniacal game pits friend against friend as they race to beat rules that seem impossible to escape. Break the chain, lose a life. Do you pass it on? Does friendship mean anything? (Erwin, 2009)
Bullying happens in every school. Some schools are effective in dealing with it; others are not. It can range from the obvious – schoolyard teasing, hitting, and accidental tripping – to the less obvious but no less traumatizing: cyber-bulling. Using phones and the Internet, the bullies taunt, threaten, and spread obscene rumors, confident that their identities won't be discovered. For some, the constant victimization is too much, and they are driven to consider suicide.
This is what happens to Avalon Maloney in the book called Destroying Avalon. Reluctantly agreeing to move to Perth, Australia, where her mother has a new job as a math teacher, Avalon hopes it won't be so bad. However, she couldn't be more wrong. From the first day, she is targeted by cyberbullies through chat rooms and online message boards, where rumors are spread about her social and private life. She soon comes to hate her new phone, which constantly beeps, announcing more obscene messages. Her only support comes from friends, all outcasts too. They treat her with respect and kindness, supporting her through the toughest days, despite being targets themselves. Marshall, one member of the group, is always so positive and full of life that Avalon is drawn to him. As the vicious attacks increase, she begins to question whether anyone is safe from bullies. (McCaffrey, 2006) “Incorporating technology into the classroom requires a double innovation,” says Shelley Pasnik, director of the Center for Education and Technology, Educators who receive new technology must first learn how to use the equipment and then decide whether or not it supports the class objectives and curriculum. Kids gravitate towards technology—if your child heads straight for the video games or Facebook after school, you know what we’re talking about. With a world of information at their fingertips nowadays, it seems like kids should be finding it easier than ever to succeed in school. However, as more classrooms invest in the latest technology, test scores remain the same, bringing its effectiveness into question. With such a vast reference tool, the students might pose questions that no one in the class, not even the teacher himself, can answer. Despite the challenges, incorporating technology into education still has proven benefits, especially when it comes to personalized learning. Technology also makes it easier to spend more overall time on learning. Technology used in isolation is less effective than when it’s integrated into a curricular set of activities. Technology may be changing the experience of education, but the role of teachers and parents grow increasingly important as they become the experts and guides for new learning resources. However technology is used in class, it has the opportunity to be a game changer. (Cleaver, 2014)
According to Cynthia Roberson, teaching and learning nowadays is really difficult for both teachers and students. Teachers expect more to their students and students also expects more to learn from their teachers, but with gadgets or electronic devices in the system of education, it is not that difficult anymore for both teachers and students, and with the help of this, it satisfies the growing list of technology standards and mostly prepare students for the life beyond K-12 classroom.
The body posture inherent in operating everyday gadgets affects not only your back, but your behavior. According to a new study by Maarten Bos and Amy Cuddy, operating a relatively large device inspires more assertive behavior than working on a small one. The body posture inherent in operating everyday gadgets affects not only one’s back, but people’s demeanor, reports a new experimental study entitled. Deliberately positioning the body in one of these "power poses" for just a few minutes actually affects body chemistry, increasing testosterone levels and decreasing cortisol levels. This leads to higher confidence, more willingness to take risks, and a greater sense of well-being. Compared with smaller devices, interacting with larger devices would lead to more expansive body postures. Previous experimental research had shown that people were more likely to gamble after holding their bodies in expansive poses and less likely in constrictive poses. There might be behavioral ramifications from using electronic devices. But many constrict their neck and hunch their shoulders when using their phones. And statistics show that we use our phones a lot. (Nobel, 2013)
METHODOLOGY
In this study, the researchers need to find the students’ duration on using gadgets, the negative effects of using gadgets and the positive effects of using gadgets. To get these information, the investigators used surveying as their method of collecting data. Surveying is a method of asking many people a series of questions in order to gather information about people’s beliefs, values, thoughts, comments and opinions on a certain topic. This was used because it can enhance understanding on the social issue, many respondents at a relatively low cost and relatively quicker survey methods lend themselves to probability sampling from large populations. They conducted the surveys on a sample population of each section of the fourth year level in Father Saturnino Urios University. The researchers believed that the information available in the year level of the school is enough for their research. The instrument used

Parts * In a lab/research report, you test people/animals to collect data. You then statistically analyze that data and draw conclusions. Because you must report all these activities, a lab/research report must have a Methods, Results and Discussion section. * Term papers are usually about other people's research. Since you do not test people or animals yourself, you do NOT need a Methods, Results or Discussion section. Introduction * In a lab/research report, the introduction must explain what question your data will answer and how your study will help build a body of scientific knowledge. Because of this, the introduction of a lab/research report briefly describes related research by other people (that is, a literature review with citations).. * The introduction in a term paper is more like the Abstract of a lab/research report. It is an overview of the entire paper. In a term paper the literature review (with citations) is found mostly in the body of the paper.

Once you've gotten involved in networking sites, things can escalate quickly. One reason these sites are so addictive is that there's a nonstop stream of messages, photos, updates and information coming from those in your network. ...A term paper is a semester written project that can be in a form of either an essay or a structured research paper. Basically it intends to enhance or develop the skills of the students in the aspects of communication, resourcefulness and discipline. Now what are the parts of a term paper that you should know about? Let me give you the five basic parts necessary for this article. 1. The cover page is the first part of the term paper. Actually it does not contain anything about the topic you have selected. It is just a page that provides the title of your work as well as details about you as the writer. A standard term paper usually has a separate cover page before the main pages of the article. 2. The next part of a term paper is the introduction. This is integrated in the actual page structure of the project. You need to provide a background of the topic that you have written. In this paragraph, make sure that you provide details why the topic is important and what is to be expected in the contents of discussions. You also need to place the thesis statement at the introductory paragraph. 3. The third part of a term paper is the body. Actually you are not limited to using only one paragraph. Depending on the discussions of the topic, you can expand the number of body paragraphs indefinitely. Some research term papers for school will have to contain discussions like methodology, literature review or pictures and diagrams. But always make sure that the body can support the thesis...

TEXT PREVIEW Physical Environment in Counseling and Planning I have recently read an interesting article about the impact of physical environment on the financial counseling and planning relationship and process. The publication raised my great interest because I have noticed before that our offices have several deficiencies that may have negative effects on the quality of our relationships with clients. The physical environment includes many aspects of our surrounding, including furniture and room design, color, accessories, lighting, sound, smell, thermal conditions and others. I have learned that all of these aspects can have bigger impact on relationships and the quality of our work that most people would expect. Therefore I took the initiative and researched the topic a little further to get a better understanding of the issue. Although there’s not a lot of a material available that refers strictly to financial planning...

...avoid plagiarism. Why have we accommodated the latest software for capturing plagiarism? The reason is quite simple. Student example papers can be of different types (example essay papers, example term papers, example research papers, example theses and example dissertations) and students can use example papers in almost all academic subjects. Most commonly example papers online turn out to be APA example papers, MLA example papers, and MBA example papers. Whenever there is a need of student example papers, a simple research can show you a load of free downloads, but you should know that it is all risky and you should not drive your academic career to a dead end. As a matter of principle student example papers such as example essays, example research papers, example term papers and example theses/dissertations can never inspire students to work harder. But custom written papers give students ideas and they can attempt to write the paper with little effort. Only specially written papers, but not free examples of papers, can give you guidelines on how to write your own papers. It is strongly believed that when students look through example papers, none of the new thoughts or ideas can be further generated on the topic. Thus such practice is claimed to be unsuccessful. ...six tips for writing great academic term papers Academic papers are a large part of anyone’s education, and largely responsible for the grade one receives at the end of the term. Writing a great term paper requires a variety of skills and having knowledge of a topic is not enough on its own. You will need to combine that knowledge with good technique and writing style to end up with a great paper. Follow the six tips below to make sure your next paper is right on the mark. Research First. Order is important in academic term papers, so don’t get ahead of yourself by starting to write before you have all of your information collected. As a rule of thumb, try to collect about 50% research documentation than you think you will need. Inevitably, you will decide some of the research doesn’t work in the paper and leave it out. Rather than being forced to go back and look for more, collect a little extra in the first place to make it easier on yourself during the writing process. Make an Outline. This is a key step. After collecting research, take the time to write up a detailed outline that you will follow closely while actually writing the paper. Start Early. Nothing kills a good term paper faster than running up against a deadline. Give yourself plenty of lead time so you aren’t rushed towards the end of the project. You want your brain to be able to think clearly, free of the distraction that a due date can cause. Write Freely. Once you start writing, just keep going. Don’t...
