MGA SULIRANIN AT KALIGIRAN NITO
1. Introduksyon
Ang pananaliksik na ito ay tungkol sa mga estudyante ng Unibersidad ng Makati na may mga suliranin hinggil sa kanilang mga asignatura. Ang kaalaman tungkol sa iba’t ibang bagay, personalidad, at kaganapan, sa ating kapaligiran ay mahalaga. Kahit na ang impormasyon ay tumatalakay sa isang simpleng bagay, ito pa rin ay binibigyang importansya. Kadalasan, ang mga nakakalap nating impormasyon ay nag-mumula sa mga asignaturang ating natutunan sa paaralan, at mga sulating pananaliksik tulad na lamang nito.
Ang sulating pananaliksik, ay isinasagawa upang bigyang patunay at palawakin ang isang napiling paksa.Sa ganitong paraan ay mas naliliwanagan ang kaisipan ng isang mambabasa at natututo sa nasabing paksa. Makatutulong din ito upang bigyang linaw at itama ang ilang paksa,kung saan ang nalalaman lamang ng mga tao tungkol dito ay mga maling sabi-sabi lamang. Ang sulating pananaliksik na ito ay may layuning bigyang kaalaman ang mga mag-aaral tungkol sa mga suliranin ng isang estudyante sa kanyang pag-aaral. Nakasaad sa loob ng pananaliksik na ito ang mga kaalaman tungkol sa ilang suliranin ng mga estudyante. Ang pananaliksik at pagtuturo ay isang prosesong paghahalili ng mga kaalaman din ay nangangailangan ng bahagi ng pag-ebalwasyon na kung saan ito ay bahagi o isang paraan upang makamit ang pagkatuto.
Sa isang institusyon, mga kabataan ang siyang may malaking ambag sa paghubog ngating bayan. Upang makamit ito, edukasyonang tunay na solusyon. Edukasyon ang siyang babago at magmumulat pa sa mas malawak na kaalaman, ang siyang huhubog sa kabataang kapaki-pakinabang at maging ganap at mahusay na tagapagturo sa lipunan.Ang isang asignatura ay malaking bahagi ng edukasyon, ito ang nagsisilbing gabay sa mga mag-aaral para matutunan ang iba’t-ibang klase ng asignatura, na huhubog sa mga kaalaman ng mga mag-aaral sa isang paaralan.
Maraming uri ang asignatura na siyang tinuturo ng mga guro upang suriin at alamin ang kakayahan ng isang estudyante, nariyan ang English, math, Science, Physical Educatio atbp. Ito ay ilan lamang sa mga asignaturang tinuturo ng mga guro. Ang mga medyor na asignatura ay isa sa mga mahahalagang tinuturo ng isang guro sa mga estudyante.

2. Layunin ng Pag-aaral
Ang pamanahong-papel na ito, ay nagbibigay impormasyon sa kalagayan ng mga mag-aaral na kumukuha ng kursong Narsing sa Unibersidad ng Makati hinggil sa mga suliranin ng mga mag-aaral sa kanilang medyor na asignatura na naglalayong matugunan ang mga sumusunod na tanog:
1. Ano-ano ang mga suliranin ng mga mag-aaral hinggil sa kanilang medyor na asignatura?
2. Ano-ano ang mga solusyon sa kanilang suliranin hinggil sa kanilang pag-aaral ng medyor na asignatura?
3. Ano ang epekto ng pag-aaral ng medyor na asignatura sa mga mag-aaral ng nursing?
4. Paano nakakaapekto ang medyor na asignatura sa pang-akademikong asignatura ng mga mag-aaral?

3. Kahalagahan ng Pag-aaral
Ang pamanahong-papel na ito ay tumatalakay sa kalagayan ng mga mag-aaral sa unang taon sa Unibersidad ng Makati na kumukuha ng kursong Narsing hinggil sa mga suliranin ng mga mag-aaral sa kanilang medyor na asignatura.
Layunin nitong makatulong sa mga sumusunod :
Mag-aaral: magsilbing gabay sa mga mag-aaral upang magkaroon sila ng ideya sa mga posibleng suliranin na kanilang asignatura at magkaroon ng kaalaman kung paano ito bibigyang solusyon.
Guro: Upang malaman ng mga guro ang suliranin ng mga maga-aaral hinggil sa kanilang medyor na asignatura na siyang karaniwang problema ng mga mag-aaral loob ng paaralan.
Mananaliksik: inaasahan ang pag-aaral na ito ay mapukan ang kanilang pansin at mabigyang impormasyon patungkol sa suliranin ng nararanasan ng mag-aaral sa medyor na asignatura upang mabigyang kalutasan.
Unibersidad: mabigyang pansin ang suliranin ng mga mag-aaral hinggil sa kanilang mga asignatura, maipabatid sa may awtoridad na mabigyang pansin ang suliranin ng mga mag-aaral hinggil sa kanilang mga asignatura.
Magulang: mahalgang malaman ng mga magulang ang kalagayan ng mga anak na nag-aaral sa Unibersidad na ito.

4. Saklaw at Limitasyon
Ang pag-aaral na ito ay nakatuon sa pagsusuri ng mga kalagayan ng mga mag-aaral ng Kolehiyo ng Narsing na mayroong suliranin hinggil sa kanilang asignatura. Saklaw nito ang mga mag—aaral ng Unibersdad ng Makati mula sa Kolehiyo ng Narsing particular na ang mga nasa unang taon. Kabilang din dito ang ilang mga-mag-aaral, guro, at administrator ng paaralan.
Nililimitahan ang pag-aaral na ito sa isang Kolehiyo ng Unibersidad ng Makati, ang Kolehiyo ng Narsing na siyang mayroon o nakararanas ng suliranin hinggil sa kanilang mga asignatura. Lalo pang nilimitahan ang pag-aaral na ito sa pamamagitan ng pagpili ng mga respondanteng nasa unang taon ng taong 2015-2016.

MGA KAUGNAY NA PAG-AARAL AT LITERATURA

Ayon sa Minnesota (2007) 'ang mas mataas na edukasyon pagganap ay depende sa mga pang-akademikong pagganap ng mga mag-aaral na nagtapos.
Kabilang sa mga paaralan- kaugnay na mga kadahilanan natagpuan ay hindi karapat-dapat at hindi maayos na pagsasanay ng mga guro, hindi sapat na mga pasilidad, at wasak-wasak na kagamitan sa pagtuturo. Kasama ang kahirapan, mababang attainment pang-edukasyon at kamangmangan ng mga magulang at mahinang kalusugan at nutrisyon (Gato et. al 2014).
Ayon din kay Marquez (2009) ang isang mag-aaral na matagumpay sa kanyang nais na karera ay may mahusay na mga gawi sa pag-aaral. Kaugnay nito, ipinahayag niya na ang mag-aaral ay dapat ilapat ang mga gawi sa lahat ng kanilang mga klase. Iminungkahing niya din na ang mga mag-aaral ay hindi dapat subukan upang pag-aralan ang lahat ng mga paksa sa isang solong panahon.
Ang resulta ng pag-aaral na ito ay maaaring pakinabangan ang mga mag-aaral sa pamamagitan ng pagpapahintulot sa kanila upang maunawaan ng mas mahusay na mga kadahilanan na maaaring makaapekto sa kanilang akademikong pagganap. Maaari makatulong ito upang mapabuti ang kanilang pakademikong perpormans na natuklasan sa pamamagitan ng pag-aaral na ito. Sa pananaw ng pag-aaral na ito, ang mga magulang maunawaan ang kanilang mga anak tungkol sa kanilang mga usapin school at bigyan sila ng suporta. Ang pagtuturo ay ang pinaka-dynamic na proseso sa buhay ng isang guro, at pag-aaral ay din ang pinaka-dynamic na proseso sa buhay ng mag-aaral. Kung paano ang mga dalawang mga proseso ay ipinatupad upang makabuo ng isang balanseng at mahusay na resulta para sa parehong mga guro at ang mag-aaral ay ang framework para sa pag-aaral na ito.

May ibang mga paaralan na nagpepresyur sa mga mag-aaral at dahil sa sobrang presyur na ito, nahihirapan na ang mga mag-aaral sa pagbalanse ng kanilang pag-aaral sa bawat asignatura. Na nagiging dahilan ng unti-unting pagkawala interes ng isang estudyante sa pag-aaral. Lalong lalo na kung ang pagsusumikap niyang ito ay nauuwi sa wala. Maagang pagpasok sa isang relasyon. Hindi natin maitatangi na sa panahon ngayon marami nang mag-aaral ang maagang nakikipag-relasyon sa kapwa nila estudyante. Dahil dito naguguluhan sila sa kanilang pag-aaral. Lalong lalo na kung ang kanilang nakarelasyon ay humihingi ng sobra sobrang oras upang sila ay magkasama. Mga problema. Minsan di natin alam ang bawat probleman kinakaharap ng isang estudyante na nagpapagulo sa kanyang isip. Mga personal na problema, problema sa pera at kung minsan problema sa kanyang nakarelasyon. Na nagdudulot ng kaguluhan sa kanyang pag-iisip.
Ang pagkakaroon ng fokus at mabuting pag-aaral, pag-iwas sa bisyong dulot kaibigan, paggamit ng maayos sa teknolohiya at inisyatibong magkaroon ng magandang uri tahanan.
