RachaelRachael is 17 years old and she is a very passionate cross country runner. She has a dairy allergy which means that she is allergic to dairy so she cannot consume dairy products such as cheese, butter and yoghurt. However, this means that she is not maintaining a balanced diet as she is missing out on an important food group. As she cannot eat dairy this means that she is not getting the correct nutrients that she needs such as calcium. She needs to have strong and healthy bones as she is a cross country runner and is used to running for long distances.
