We want nothing the best for our children, and when searching for childcare we look for the most qualified care. On October 1, 2013 Ohio had begun the implementation of the revised five star quality rating and improvement system. Step up to quality recognizes learning and development programs that exceed licensing health and safety standards. From my experience, parents are complaining that they are not having a good experience when speaking with teachers about behavior matters or in receiving reports of their child’s day.
