The Crawdaddy club started it all however, Oldham discovered them when they were singing which led them to be the Rolling stones. They lived in a Grundy apartment, But they practiced constantly and finally got their first gig at a club called Crawdaddy. On July 11th, 1962 The band performed their first song as the Rolling Stones. Only working with R&B, in September the band recorded 3 songs for their first demo. For 8 months the Rolling Stones had a once a week performance at The Crawdaddy club in England. Once Oldham noticed them, it only took a week for them to produce their first cover “Come On” This was Oldham's first record ever produced, therefore it was rushed and poorly made; the fans loved it anyway and it climbed up the British…show more content… Their tour for their 40th grossed almost $300 million. Millions of people celebrated. But soon after, tragedy struck. On January 1, 1984 loved bluesman Alex Korner died in London at the age of 55. Soon after that, September 12, 1985, was when The Rolling Stones piano player had breathing problems, so when he went he went to his physician, he died right there in the chair. Even throughout all the pain, hard work, and death, The Rolling Stones carried on and made it all the way to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Even Pretty much most of America loves them. I think everyone is so proud of them, and they have so many supporters and so many fans.
The Crawdaddy Club started it all, However, OldHam noticed them while they were playing at one of their weekly gigs at The Crawdaddy. At first, They started off slow and with covers. They had very little fans/supporters. I don't think them or anyone else believed that they would make it to even a gig, but they did they even made it further than that, they made it to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They have millions of supporters and people that love them and would do anything just to see them live in concert. They have come so far and I think anyone would love to be able to experience what they have
