Many people nowadays, leave their families and friends because they move to different cities or states. Perry Patetic in his passage, claims, that people who move from their families tend to have a bad relationship. The author supports his claim by first using real life situations that happens every day. He continues by making you feel a sense of pathos or emotion. The authors purpose is to make people realize that they are losing relationships with people, in order to make those who leave, want to come back and live with those they left.
