• The teams that are more suitable to lead change are the management team and the change team.

The management team is responsible for the overall performance of service delivery / operational plan of a business unit. Change teams on the other hand are often formed within organizations when a planned or unplanned change of significant proportions is necessary.

• A typical example is the case of Gamtel (Gambia Telecommunication Company) that failed to deliver an effective service to the Gambian populace for the past 16 years. Gamtel has a leadership problem, in that, she requires a visionary leader
