The plan I have outlined in part C of this coursework I feel is consistent with the ethos of Aistear (NCCA, 2009) in a number of ways. In each of the four plans I have outlined the aims and learning goals I wish to work towards in each of the experiences under the four themes of Aistear (NCCA, 2009). The four themes help guide my practice in ensuring the experiences I have planned will help the children grow and develop as confident and competent learners.
In each experience I have supported Aistear’s view on children’s engagement in self-assessment by encouraging play review time after each activity. This enables the children to further their language development by discussing what experience they engaged in and how it made them feel. During
