1. Briefly discuss a specific issue/problem
Choose one which is common among the prospects you are writing to. For example in this sales letter is discuss about healthy. Nothing’s more important than your health. When you feel good, you’re ready to enjoy all life has to offer. (paragraph 1)

2. Describe a solution you offer that addresses the issue you raised
Based on this sales letter, Athem Blue Cross & Health offers to members with certain medical conditions. Program that offered is to help you improve your current health and prevent future medical problems. (paragraph 2)

3. Tell your credentials
Examples: How long your company has been in business in the area, your special areas of expertise, quality of your people, etc. No need for puffery here (skip words like "leading" and "best"); just present the facts. (Paragraph 3 and 4)

4. Specify the next action
Tell them what to do next and why. Paragraph 5

5. Post Script (P.S.)
Basically, a post script is a letter-writing technique that says, “Oh, I forgot to tell you something,” or “By the way, here’s one more thing you should know.”
If you think about it, the P.S. it antiquated. It comes from a time when letters were written by hand. If you thought of something you wanted to add after you wrote the letter, you had only two choices: rewrite the letter or add it to the end of the letter.
