As an ISFJ I absolutely LOVE my job; not everyone is as lucky to go to work most days out of the week and still not think of their job as a chore. In order to do my job correctly and successfully I must be warm, generous, and dependable. I have received many complements from my residents, as well as co workers, at work of how great I am with my residents.
