In organizations risk management is a necessary tool that is helpful, to secure the company to stay in top financial shape. When using risk management is vital with promises that security also governs spending are fair, with the risks that come with it to which the companies are exposed. Subsequent an inclusive, also proper risk management method needed the clear understanding of values with danger in the matter. The danger is further than inquiries, with effectiveness, also the method with it. In this paper, it will talk about the part and nature of authoritative risk management in justice and security associations why it is essential. Getting ready for threats and distinguishing assets, the reason justice also security associations deal with risk, expenditure connected with overseeing risk, penalties for not supervising the risk, Benefits also accurately performed risk analysis has for management and key partners, also the conclusion. Therefore, the reader can have an in-depth, understanding of the security and criminal justice organizations. Role and nature of organizational risk management Risk management considered one, of the best assets that an organization could have. They make sure the business is financial safeguarded when finding different business endeavors they interested in investing into to broadening their company enterprise. “The Risk Management Function has been regarded as an advisory function for senior management rather than a control function within the business” (Martin, P., 2010). For that reason, it has made the risk managers essential when they view thing start; to take a turn for the worse however still disregarded from the senior management within the organization. Risk managers do not have the control certainly the responsibility, of the fulfillment task, which is capable of preventing certain conduct if it considered such behavior might put the company at risk for reasons as such. Following it has also discovered that whistle-blowing policy, which has not been a useful tactic for risk management to use. Planning for risk
The risk management has many areas to look over within a criminal justice organization. Because they will have to deal with many risks which could be from natural disasters, the terrorist cyber, and accidents, in the working environment they are in, criminal activity that is physical, also lawsuits. Companies with deal with the risk also individual business might not have to deal with events as such although business that has to deal with these risk will have to require a tactic to respond to the risk situation that happens to the organization. For instance, the criminal justice organization deals a likely threat, with the legal liability of giving the required response that deals a larger risk within a matter that is against the law a possible risk with law enforcement is a riot happening. To control a situation as such, it will need, for personnel to respond to the training that they obtained. All of the branches within the criminal justice will require a plan on how to evaluate the risk when it happens. Like for instance to local law enforcement, has the duty of responding to every crime even crimes deal with terrorist activity. Law enforcement will have to require an action plan evaluate the matter, as it is unfolding. This program will help law enforcement know how, to respond to each event as it happens. The one risk that officers will have to deal with is likely the natural disasters then the other risk events. As law enforcement agency having to deal, with natural disasters, they will have to plan to review property destroyed by natural disasters (Broder, J.F., 2012). “The natural disasters they will have to deal, with including hurricanes, earthquakes. Also, tornadoes will need a dissimilar response also a plan of emergency” (Broder, J.F., 2012).In the criminal justice, a system they will have to obtain the diverse evaluation for a risk that deals with crime. Like for instance, law enforcement agencies will have to have a plan that will help them figure out how to negotiate in the event of a hostage matter. For companies to manage property this risk, it will have, to observe also respond to it in the event. When a corporation does an evaluation also identifies a possible risk the company, will require a new way to answer to the danger that might occur. The criminal justice system must need a plan that is set to handle the possibility of fire situations. They will have to set up exits areas out of the building, fire extinguishers, also fire alarms. They will need to do practice fire drills, so personnel will know how to handle their self during a fire. Doing these drills will help personnel have knowledge, of all of the exits so that they will be able to escape the fire and will lower the risk of injury or casualties in the organization. They must plan for terrorist attacks criminal justice departments, must require how to evaluate matter while it is happening. Criminal justice agencies will have to obtain contact with homeland security agency, as well as other first responders so that they can receive aid to the people injured or help them escape the facility. If agencies do not have these kinds of tactics is a place, to help them deal with risk as such they would be damaging to the organization as well as to society. For a business as such to be effective to plan for the risk the criminal justice agency will have to recognize the resources, it would use to lower the risk also how to respond to the threat while it is happening. It is a task with hardship Nevertheless, and the criminal justice agency will require, having a resourceful way of coming up with ideas to categorize also respond to the risk that occurring. The criminal justice agency will need a plan also recognize a risk before an agency can respond to it. The business must distribute financial means, into their budget for the economic year in case a matter as such happens (Carol A. Archbold). Justice and security organizations manage risk
The justice also the security will have the duty of keeping the public safeguarded within civilization and kept the criminal out of society. Offenders are very impulsive which make it hard for the criminal justice system, for the reason they will be ready, to handle the conduct of criminals following the criminal acts which took place. Help the criminal justice agency prepare, for the impulsive crimes; the criminal justice agencies will require verifying the most expected crimes also the likely risk it could cause. The more unsurprising the matter is, the less the risk develops into a situation, also the more opt the criminal justice agencies will stop the cases. Like for instance law enforcement agencies, within city location use to join in on high-speed vehicle pursuits. Currently, law enforcement agency uses helicopters to obtain a better view of the area to find out where the offender located, which in turn lets police use the tactic of roadblocks within that are to arrest and detain the suspect. By doing this method it, help law enforcement keep the public protected and safely secured, from the criminals misdeed conducts (Tara Duggan). The criminal justice agencies must acknowledge the risk, for law enforcement to plan anticipatory measure also plan and sufficient response to the situation. Like for instance vehicle, high-speed pursuits are more for the law enforcement organization. The riot is more on the lines, for the department of corrections to handle. All of the criminal justice branches need to recognize the entire risk following organizations can sufficiently, make a plan to response to situations as such(Richard J. Ashton). The Cost risk management
The different risks the criminal justice organizations will deal with must have a better-organized response to reduce the likely risk with the officers within society. Every crime various resources will call into an inquiry, to make certain there is a resolution to criminal activity. There no similar offender conducts, which is why law enforcement organizations will need to use different resources also different response with matter they have to handle. The risk that deals with hostages will have different resources called into question in the case. The outline with officers will increase numbers. The situation will make the criminal justice organization have pay police for hourly while they are in a crime scene investigation. The other risk of fire could cost, the criminal justice organization more resource too. Lowering the risk would decrease the expenses, of the resources all of the agencies, will obtain a chance they have to handle. Nevertheless, spreading resources might help to lower, the risk the organizations have to face. While every threat also risk might be dissimilar, also the criminal justice agency will have cost to reduce the potential within the situation. The business will obtain financial costs like claim management, premiums cost with the insurance, also administrative expense. Failing to manage risk
The operational requirements to govern risk, or it will not be capable, to deal with the likely threat happening. The matter of an emergency the criminal justice agency must have an efficient tactic with responding to the issue occurring. For instance, the September 11 attacks resulted in a massive response, from many law enforcement agency although the organization did not distinguish at the time that terrorist was of the tragic occurrence. Because of the lack of information, the company could only deal with the situation with the capabilities that they had. Law enforcement also the government could have had a necessary evacuation each of the organizations obtains the information of the terrorist plot occurring following it taken place. The risk management tactic could of save the criminal justice agency energy also wise financially. Like for instance training and practicing with the personnel with natural disasters, terrorist plots, fire drills, also various situations will grant staff to obtain the understanding of how to evaluate the matter so the personnel can evacuate individual’s safety and not sir come to these situations as such. The risk management is the review, with likely threats to the criminal justice organization. Risk management will give the needed steps, to obtain control to stop the danger of threat from being a threatening force to the criminal justice system. Risk management will provide, also create tactics to respond to the likely threat happening. Risk management grants, to business to be ready also make certain, the criminal justice organization experts lower the risk also threats going on. Successfully apply risk management, can save the criminal justice system financial also energy resources. Because lack of power will result in the criminal justice organization to deal with the matter inadequately, also the outcome will have more fatalities than lives saved. If they failed to evaluate also identify, the risk also threats the criminal justice organization will not obtain the required tactics needed. To decide the kind of threat of response sufficiently, to make certain the agency will not have to receive any more damage than it already has obtained. Benefits risk analysis done properly
Failing to manage the risk will cause some hardship on criminal justice agency and will make them unprepared; to deal with the up and down battle they face daily in the criminal justice system. By managing the risk, it could be beneficial to management and stakeholders. For the reason, it will show the present security posture, of the agency and the actual event which took place on it and not just, what was said to them. Also, outline locations that are in need, of more or fewer security measures. Also, aid to build certain facts, which are required for the expansion also justification countermeasure of cost efficient. It will increase the safety alertness by evaluating, and then reporting the strong points the flaws from the security outline to the entire organizational stages from procedures to the highest management in the agency. “It will increase the safety awareness by assessing and then reporting the strengths and Weaknesses of the security profile to all organizational levels from operations to top management” (Broder, J.F., 2012).

Conclusion
Risk management is a critical resource that well needed, by criminal justice and security organizations to make sure that they prepare. For the worse like natural disasters, terrorist attacks, fires, earthquakes, and hostage situations that could happen with their line of work. If they do not use the tactic, of risk management it can cost them financial means, make it hard to respond to criminal activity emergencies, lack of knowledge training will cause many innocent people and personnel injuries or worse death. For those reasons as such make, risk management a tool that is necessary for the criminal justice and security agencies.

...PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT(PM 595) CASE STUDY-WEEK5 FACULTY-PROFESSOR KARL HOGQUIST DATE- 8APRIL2011 SUBMITTED BY HARKIRAN SINGH D03574960 "An important manifestation of effective risk management is getting a handle on the scope, volatilities, and severities of the risks one's company faces, then tailoring an appropriate set of risk responses. Risk managers have many types of risk treatments at their disposal. Every company's risk management "solution" will be unique because the exposures and risk appetites all differ. The key is to have a reasonable under-standing of how each treatment option works, alone and in combination with others, so that decisions are informed and results are less influenced by luck than by reason. The risks that threaten a business are constantly changing and increase in complexity. That is why it is so important to have a viable risk management plan not only for our project but for the business as well. It is important that in developing our plan that we: (1) identify the threats or events that may affect the continuity of the project, (2) prioritize and set risk thresholds, (3) evaluate the tactics and the costs associated with the various proposed treatment plans for preventing or reducing the risks, (4) establish...

A hazard is a chemical or physical condition that has the potential to cause harm or damage to people, environment, assets or production.
