She even mentions him a number of times in this book, referring to some of the ideas that he incorporates in his work. Johnson separates her book into three main sections; “A New Light on Love,” “Seven Transforming Conversations,” and “The Power of Hold Me Tight.” Each section focuses on a different area, but they all contribute to the main theme of the important things to remember in order to create a happy relationship. This was all related to my twelve years I had spent in the Army before my injury had happened. I was released then started attending school, and eventually ending up in a Management class where the book appeared. I realized that I am now reliving it through the college experience and eventually will reuse the habits in the civilian work force. Although many of the experiences were similar in certain ways, reading the book itself gave me a much better perspective and understanding from these habits.
