The Problem and Its Background Introduction This research aims to find the Significance of personality enhancement to the employability of hotel and restaurant graduates a four-year or a two-year concentration in Hotel and Restaurant Management is designed to prepare successful graduates for management positions in the field. Managers in the hotel and restaurant industry are generally responsible for keeping their establishment efficient and profitable while maximizing comfort of guests. This includes overseeing many aspects of the business including staffing and personnel, accounting, purchasing, and customer service. A hotel manager is responsible for coordinating registration, housekeeping, and maintenance activities, and may also coordinate special events, banquets, or conventions.
This person will also decide on and arrange for outside services such as deliveries, laundry, trash collection, maintenance, and repairs. A restaurant manager must carefully observe food preparation, and may be responsible for ordering appropriate amounts of food and ensuring quality of inventory as well as coordinating and maintaining menus.
Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Restaurant managers will also decide on and arrange for outside services such as deliveries, laundry, trash collection, maintenance, and repairs. In the field personality enhancement is needed to be prioritized. Some students can’t catch up to that thing that’s why some that is in the field are undergraduates of hotel and restaurant management course. it is so needed on the job to boost in the confidence and the looks of the employees to become a better and presentable one. It includes the personality of the hotel and Restaurant mangers graduates on how they socialized or how they show their learning’s on this curriculum to the customers in a nice and a business way. It also includes many traits like how the employee will speak on the job interview, what are their mannerism when talking, their personal appearance, the way that the employee will socialized to other employee and many other things that can enhance the personality of an individual Hotel and Restaurant Management student graduates.

Statement of the Problem This research aims to determine the significance of Personality Enhancement among Hotel and Restaurant Graduates in relation to employability of selected school specifically; it attempts to answer the following Questions:
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.2. Gender
1.3. Educational background
1.4. Socioeconomic status
1.5. Experience in work and service
1.6. School where the student graduated
2. What are the factors affecting Hotel and Restaurant Graduates : to find the Significance of Personality Enhancement to the employability of them
3. Does it need’s Good physical appearance in finding an employee in some HRM field companies? Justify your answer

Scope and Delimitation This research will be limited to the significance of personality Enhancement in the Employability of HRM Graduates in the selected colleges in Montalban, The Respondents will be the Hotel and Restaurant Management Graduates if where 18 years old, fifty respondents will be considered in this study by means of survey, Gathering data interview and Hypothesis will be used in this research. Significance of the study This research believes that the following will benefit from this study:
To All Hotel and Restaurant Students, This will give them Idea on how important the course in terms of employment.

To All Hotel and Restaurant Mangers, This will benefit on the managers that handling this kind of business, because it also contains so many factors on how they can choose the right employee based on personality enhancement criteria.

To All Employees of Hotels and Restaurants, This will benefit on the employees on how they can come up to be a better or best employee in the future on the company that they are working this time.

To the future Researcher, This will benefit to the future Hotel and Restaurant Management Students that will also conduct a Research study like this, I hope that my research will help them to lessen the hard of researching there topics that related here in my research.

To facilitate data analysis within on acceptable degree of confidence the following hypothesis is formulated: There is no significant relationship on the significance of personality Enhancement to the Employability of HRM Graduates.

The process includes gathering data, interview, and hypothesis testing, while the Output is the significance of Personality Enhancement to the Employability of HRM Graduates. The course will empower the student’s basic skills to improve their personality. The students and the employees are provided activities to help them recognize and identify ones feelings and how to offer support to one another. The course will employ strategies that would let both students and employees of hotel and restaurant management understand his/her outstanding personality traits.

Although the word is used in various senses, most of these popular meanings fall under one of two headings. The first use equates the term to social skill or adroitness. An individual’s personality is assessed by the effectiveness with which he or she is able to elicit positive reactions from a variety of persons under different circumstances. It is in this sense that the teacher who refers to a student as presenting a personality problem is probably indicating that his or her social skills are not adequate to maintain satisfactory relations with fellow managers and employees.

Communications problems grow much faster in Art Company than the company itself grows.

Personality may be defines as the SUM TOTAL OF THE QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF A PERSONAN AS SHOWN IN HER MANNERS OF WALKING, TALKING, DRESSING, AND HER ATTITUDES, INTERSTS, AND WAYS OF REACTING TO OTHER PEOPLE. It refers to all the factors within the persona that influence his characteristic ways of behaving, thinking and feeling. It is your image on others. In life we intend to accept or reject others according to what we think about their personalities. Employers often tend to hire or promote a person on personality than on what he/she knows about the job. Once others have decided on the nature of our personalities, they tend to treat us accordingly often the Judgment is based on a first impression and does not change even though the interpretation was erroneous and our behavior has change dramatically. This unchanging opinion of others based only on a first general impression is known as the “halo effect”. For example during the first meeting with an applicant, he makes an inappropriate remark to interviewer, the interviewer labels the applicant as “wise guy” for the rest of the screening process even though the applicant could have been an Ideal worker. Even in terms of love, people often fall in love and marry because they believe their personalities match well. They enjoy the same activities and their opinions, interests, and values are similar. Personalities change, however. Hence we all see unhappily married couples who, unfortunately, have not “grown” or changed together.

For it is through understanding of your own personality and the personalities of your dealings with them. If you were to ask people of various ages and walks of life what their most pressing personal problem is, many of them would say: understanding my fellowman (whether a parent, a spouse, a superior, a child, a girlfriend or boyfriend, etch.) Most of us see only some small aspects of the true personalities of those around us. We only see the image that is seen on the surface, which may not really represent the entire personality of an individual. Mistakes in evaluating and judging personalities are often one of the major causes for the interpersonal problems involved marriage, dating, business associations or relations between friends. The study of personality should, therefore, result in our attempts to improve our own personality as well as to understand others so that we can adjust to them and have harmonious relations with them.

Foreign Literature According to Business World Magazine (Wood, 1990), The Hotel and Restaurant industry is one of the largest employers in the United Kingdom and many other developed (and increasingly, less developed) countries. Some five to eight percent of the British work forces are engaged in employment in the commercial sectors of this industry at any one time, representing about 1-13 people. The hospitality industry as it now normally called personality attitude is the most important element in the wider tourism sectors. Most company frequently form to the industry’s heterogeneous nature: it comprises unit raging from the most humble café to the largest luxury hotel owned by a multinational corp. hospitality industry employers stress the caring, people oriented nature of hotel and restaurant generating a glamorous mystique that is all too easily reinforced by images in the popular media.

According to the Business world magazine (Wood, 1990) the earliest systematic study of hotel and restaurant labor was W.I Whyte’s “Human relations in the Restaurant Industry (1948) which was firmly rooted in the human relations tradition.

Local Literature According to Peter Imbong from Entrepreneur Magazine, This days many restaurants and hotels come and go; only few enjoy some stable success and the longevity that precedes it, and an even smaller number of food establishments reach the status of being so integrated in the community that need for advertising is basically null. Mostly Managers accept employees that have Good physical appearance and has a suitable knowledge for the work they are applying for. It includes the educational background of the Employee. Restaurants and Hotels managers finding person who has a good experience in the working field.

According to Roberto Miñon in his studies about the employability of hotel and restaurant management graduates she found out that among this contents can be affecting the employability of them wether they are Over Qualified or underr experienced. Purpose – This paper sets out to report on research that investigated hospitality managers' expectations of graduate skills and compared those expectations with student perceptions of what hotel and restaurant managers value.
Design/methodology/approach – The research adopted a generic skills framework and data were collected through a sample survey of 850 Filipino hotel and restaurant managers and 211 undergraduate hotel and restaurant managers students.
Findings – Managers rated skills associated with interpersonal, problem solving, and self-management skill domains as most important while students appeared to have realistic perceptions of the skills that managers value when recruiting hospitality graduates. The most substantial areas of disagreement came in those skills associated with the conceptual and analytical domain. Industry managers tended to discount the skills in this domain relative to students.
Research limitations/implications – The sample of managers used in this study were predominantly of Filipino nationality and, in an increasingly global hospitality labor market, there may be some benefit in repeating this study with managers from different cultural backgrounds.
Practical implications – A number of strategies are proposed in the paper for bridging the expectation gaps and ensuring better learning outcomes for students and industry stakeholders.
Originality/value – In adopting the generic skills framework this research presents an alternative to previous studies that have used a management competencies framework. As such, it is of more immediate value to those responsible for designing undergraduate hotel and restaurant managers curriculum who need to ensure that programs meet academic standards as well as industry and student expectations regarding the skill sets needed in the workplace.
