Giving Birth has Many Options Birth is the emergence of a baby or any other young from the body of its mother. Have you ever thought about birth in general? Do you think it is easier to have a C-section and that way one can overcome the pain of natural birth? It might just be easier said than done. There are many different types of births. There are long labor hours, some are just a matter of minutes, also the options women have now a days are way more than what they used to have. A woman has options of home births, birthing centers using a doula and of course the most common hospital births. Every birth has a better benefit than the other option though each woman is different than the others, so maybe 10% like a home birth but 90% prefer a hospital birth. Being there are so many options for example home births are not for everyone and you can know if you talk to your health provider. Having a previous C-section is a way to no be able to have a home birth due to the cut you already have in your uterus. Also some pregnancies develop complications such as preeclampsia and that needs medical assistance not only a midwife. Though for the ones that do take the choice of a home birth it is because it may be a lower cost, also some woman have a history of fast delivery or also they just want to be in a familiar, relaxing environment. Hospital births in the other hand also have a preference. A hospital birth may be a safer place for a woman that is more worried about medication than birthing in her own bed. A hospital offers more options in who can make a delivery. Unlike most birthing centers and home births are attended by midwifes. A hospital birth is closer to an operating room if you need an emergency C-section. There is also easy access to pain relief medication rather than being at home having a child.

The theory of economic development throughout history has been of significant discussion especially in regard to the works of Rostow and Gerschenkron. The differentiation between the pattern of thoughts and ideals is a hotly debated topic within economics. The ideals the two theorists create, each substantially creditable in their own right, entail degrees of correlation and variation. Leaving the conclusion, do the to patterns of economic thought complement one another or is there distinct disparity between the two.   Applied examples will be used below to analyse the extent of segregation or association between the works of Rostow and Gerschenkron. Composition Paper

...My Writing Knowledge While looking over the material for this paper my first thought was I’m hungry. This is probably not a typical thought when trying to prepare an English paper. However, it gave me an interesting thought. Writing a paper is like making a cheeseburger. Aside from my cheeseburger idea I also attended a college preparatory high school and have also taken other English courses while in the Marine Corps. To make a cheeseburger you start off with the bottom bun. This is the introductory paragraph of your paper. The outside bottom of the bun is plain bread which is general, and this is the first sentence of your introductory paragraph. Moving up the bun it becomes more specific by either frying it, adding butter or mayonnaise. You make the rest of the paragraph more specific to lead into the following paragraph. The next paragraph is the first piece of meat. In relation to writing a paper this is your first main topic, a bold statement that the writer is trying to get across to the reader. This paragraph must contain the information gathered from research. Paraphrasing is a good way to incorporate your knowledge and understanding of the research and in doing this it explains the topic to the reader. The third paragraph is the cheese of the cheeseburger. This is a good place to add the details and quotes of the research to the paper. When using quotes you must cite them correctly to give credit to the author. By using facts and statistics it supports the...

I Will Never Forget

...semester of college when I began to take the class of English Composition 1. Taught by the brilliant and marvelous Ms. Ravick, English Comp. 1 was by far my toughest class of the semester. Throughout my semester of English Comp. 1 I have gain the enjoyment of writing essays, coming up with my own ideas, and stop repeating my writing when I write essays. Coming into English 101 freshman year was something that I was kinda afraid of. In high school English class never served as my strong point and I found myself constantly frustrated and confused as to why I never got the grade I felt I deserved. I would write essays to get it over with, using other people’s thoughts and ideas to support my less important thoughts and ideas about the subject. I never felt connected with any papers that I was asked to write and it showed, so coming into college being forced to do it all over again was definitely something I feared and something I wanted to get over with, but now I find myself enjoying writing. I have always written freely or on my own, but I find myself now able to sit down and enjoy writing an essay again. I enjoy the process of coming up with my own ideas and concepts and trying to make an argument for my reader so they can also take my side in that argument. With this class, I have learned to enjoy writing again. I have made it a point to communicate my own thoughts and feelings opposed to simply the thoughts of famous writers and authors before me.  This class has built up my confidence...
