Based off of the textbook activities and stress tests, it would seem that I am either stressed about something, or immune to all of the things that I have endured or gone through over time. In everyday life, I can’t even tell that I am stressing out over something. To me, it just seems like a regular day. Seemed like there was nothing going on at all. As a person, I feel as if I’m the type that has an even keel about almost anything except anyone or anything that may affect my family or friends. I’m not the type to stress over too much of anything that doesn’t personally hinder success as a man, husband, son, brother, and above all a father. I noticed on the stress test that I took it said that maybe I need to exercise more, and that it may help with my situation. It was funny that it said that because I had already said to myself that I needed to start getting more involved in physical activities. The results also stated that I may be fatigue a lot. I’m hardly ever tired unless I have just had a very long day, or was tired from being out all night. I didn’t look at it as a negative. I took it as maybe that is a silent stress factor that may actually be going on, but I just don’t notice it myself. The only evident stress trigger that I am aware of is that of just having so many responsibilities. I often find myself always trying to accomplish and do things on my own without asking for help although I have a superb support system around me. I always feel like I’d rather do things myself instead of having someone do it for me because I know how I things done. Being a stay at home mom and also a student leaves me stressed at times because of my poor ability in managing my time carefully.
