Tom Wopat discharged on bail of $1,000 for indecent assault as well as drug ownership charges.
On Thursday, Mr. Wopat, the star who played Luke Duke on the 1980s TV show “The Dukes of Hazzard” argued not liable of grabbing a woman from the cast of a melodic play. He was about to act in that play. He got arrested on Wednesday night in a Boston suburb.
