The top five IT certifications along with their brief descriptions that appear in at least three different sources are Cisco and VMware involved. These certifications are in no way "easy" to obtain or train for. Actually they are quite the opposite, and take years to train for, much like the LSAT or the MCAT to enter medical school the first of many. Starting with many years of training in various computer programs to become specialized at Cisco, MCTS (MICROSOFT CERTIFIED TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST) trains the candidates on various Microsoft hardware and software. The training prepares you to design optimize and erect solutions to corporations that depend on new technologies. The other Cisco certification is CCIE (Cisco certified internetwork expert) this just happens to be the highest level of certification Cisco has, and with this you will be highly sought after and in a league of your own. CCIE is one of the most difficult certifications to date, so much so that around 2010 there was only 21k CCIE professionals on the planet, so complicated there are 7 specializations to the program. VMware certified professional the entry level to this is labeled (VCP) it is one of the top industry recognized computer certification programs that focus on virtualization. The latest VCP 5 operating vSphere 5 technology developed by VMware. The certification objective is to train the candidate to install, configure and deploy VMware vSphere systems and manage virtualized environments. For my fifth certification is (RHCA) RED HAT CERTIFIED ARCHITECT, is regarded as the most complete certification among the seven major red hat certifications. The lead up jr program is labeled (RHCE), which provides an enterprise level focus on the red hat technology solutions. Red hat offers the most unique affordable infrastructure management systems like cloud systems and server technology to many companies, this certification is highly sought after and recognized by companies.

...Executive Summary Big Apple Executive Training will expand its top-quality professional development and training to include short courses in project management fundamentals, project planning and control, project finance and budgeting, and project risk and quality management. As with other classes and boot camps, the project management courses are designed to help those with little experience in project management gain an intermediate understanding of what it takes to manage a project effectively. Since Big Apple Executive Training has already established a presence in the training market, the marketing plan for a new course rollout will focus on the pricing, promotion and place of our new courses. Although Big Apple Executive Training already offers an extensive line of high quality management training courses and boot camps, it has become apparent that the company is missing an area that is desired by our core customers. Over the next year, Big Apple Executive Training will start offering a new suite of courses that focus on project management. Since Big Apple Executive Training already provides high end courses at a reasonable price, the biggest challenges will be separating our products from those offered through PMI New York City and New York University’s Stern College of Business. Target Customers Big Apple Executive Training will focus on the small business and entrepreneur segments for these courses. Although Big Apple Executive Training can handle larger...
