Method and Results of Testing
The results of my Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test™ were that I was an ISTJ which stands for Introverted, Sensing, Thinking and Judging. My specific scores in each of the categories were: Introvert (22%), Sensing (25%), Thinking (12%), and Judging (67%). (Leverage Your Personality Type, n.d.) The test revealed that I have a “slight preference of Introversion over Extraversion, a moderate preference of Sensing over Intuition, a slight preference of Thinking over Feeling, and a distinctive preference of Judging over Perceiving.” (Leverage Your Personality Type, n.d.) Based on my results, proposed career paths would be: “management, administrative management, accounting, and computer programming.” (Of Interest, n.d)

I feel it places more emphasis and importance on the times that you do show emotion. For example, if you congratulate employees all the time it
