Passion became the cornerstone and Foundation, the reason of everything or can say our foundations in life. Once we know what's what and his passion in what, we can map out our personal name SKSA (Strength, Knowledge, Skill and Attitude). After we analyze we can see to run the passion and finally reached the goal of just about any skill required, nature and nuture skill. If nature and nuture it already could be controlled, we can have no such thing as a Unique Selling Propotion, which means we have a uniqueness that other people do not necessarily have, that makes us able to achieve goals more quickly and effectively. Having a purpose like us a lot well here letah USP as a tool to compete as well. In the journey towards that purpose, and also in our own USP,in self must be instilled values of the lo itself, or might be the nature of the faith to achieve the purpose.

* PASSION Meaning full of passion is feeling desire and we try and also reason to what we this life, to be what we happen, etc. Passion also various kinds, there are passion in amorous, work, or even family life / social. And here I want more explain what passion in my work. I would love to work in the fields of broadcasting / journalistik but more specific to journalistik. Although i now study accountik bachelor i tried to learn is self-taught to be journalists. * SKSA ANALYSIS 1. Strength 2.1. Nature : I have nature skill namely interpersonal skill and self-confident. Just having 2 nature is very can support what be passsion me now. Not only that with 2 skill it i would also profit because i know to be journalistism it should be active not for people the passive and also critical 2.2. Nuture : And to nuture my skill is, I was able to speak English. from SD I'm already familiar with this language, although I realise I have to nuture skill is more developed in order for this could help me in running my passion.

2. Knowledge 3.3. Acquiring : To be journalistism, we must know the rules of journalistic. And this stage I want to learn about the rules how to speak or read some reports, how to use the word, how to attend and body languages should be. 3.4. Applying : At the earlier stages, I have the basic in journalis, in this stage I will try to apply or present it , so that I can report with the rules of journalistic. 3.5. Creating : At this stage I would to make report or script what happen in there. 3.6. Sharing : After i had make report or script, I will try to present it but the first exercise, i would present to people closest to me. 3.7. Leveraging : To developt my courage and my ability, I will create a report that is becoming general news and will also present go to public. 3. Skill Skill that must be owned by a journalists is being able to write news, featured, and opisni. not only that, one must also be able to communicate journalistik correctly.

Attitude Journalists being independent, producing an accurate, balanced news and not the bad intentioned,.Journalists covered the ways that professionals in performing journalistic duties, Journalists don't make the news lying, slander, sensational, sadistic, and obscene. * UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION ( USP ) With the strength I can communicate with many people and have a high self-confident, I will be featuring news to the audience by means of its own then added using a bit of English and I also added in terms of costumes and also using small props that can help, I did this so that as journalists are not too monotonous. * SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM 1. Short Term : I would learn more about journalistik, deeper i would try to learn by reading books is self-taught or browse the web or even i will continue to school magister journalistik, now that same still studying in accounting bachelor 2. Long Term : In touch with my strength, I will try to find the link TV or the mass media that a lot so that I could deepen my knowledge and can also be reached to work as journalistik * VALUE As the journalistic that ' s not easy, already mentioned that as journalistic it should be independent and also honest. Therefore now by walking the time I want to become independent person, I tried of things small and also I certainly trying to be a person honestly possible. Honesty is not only used to journalistik, but became the upright shall feel safe in doing anything. And i also learned to think in a critical manner. Think his in a critical manner will make our minds broader and can add the knowledge useful. * PURPOSE With the spirit that I have, although it may be supporting skill should be developed and honed again, and also the values that I have, I want to be journalistik. By being able to express journalistik I more with what I think.

It can be seen that nowadays the world growing technology. Technological developments are also influenced the development of journalism. In ancient times only a professional journalist who is capable of doing journalism activities. Where is journalistic activity is to find, collect, process, and report the news to the public. However, current events, journalism is not only can be done by a professional journalist. With internet technology, activities found journalism can be done by anyone, without having to be a professional journalist backgroun. Anyone can perform search, collect, process, and report the news to the public.
This is the impact of technological developments in the world of journalism, in which everyone now has the same rights to be free in issuing his opinion. This gave rise to a variety of developments in both positf as well as a result of the negative. As a plus, the development impact of media communication facilitates ongoing journalistic activities. Information obtained will soon be delivered as well as faster than the time when the secured communication technologies have not been growing rapidly as today. As for the negative consequences, for the development of communication technology and journalism, providing many opportunities for community members to create news, access information, and disseminate information more accurately and faster than the professional journalist, please note, that the public awareness of the fundamental principles of Journalism will not fully applicable.
