Site plan
Foundation & footing plans
Floor plan, indicate all bearing walls
Wall section(s), foundation through roof. Include panel nailing schedules
Roof framing or truss layout plan
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC plans (Locate all smoke detectors)
Detail all window and door sizes
Method of compliance w/wind-load & wind-borne debris. WBD area is within 1 mile of coastline and all Risk Category IV and health care structures with 140 mph or greater Vult wind design
Engineering for open structures; porches, balconies, etc.
