I have been asked to create a detailed evaluation of the Paintballing trip that we organised for our team building event. In this report I will be evaluating the clean-up and vacating of the event, my personal opinion on how the event went and also other the opinion of other people who participated in the event. Task 1 When we first organised the event and booked the location, we were told the times in which we must arrive and leave the premises. We had specific times to arrive and leave because a lot of locations are very busy and need to make sure they can fit in as many clients as possible throughout the day. The times that they gave us were so they could clean up and be ready for the next customers within the right amount of time.
With this in mind we were able to give the coach driver that we booked an exact time of when we had to be picked up from the college and from the Delta Force. We had to book transport to the venue as the event was in Cardiff and also there were a lot of people attending this event so travelling all together on the coach made it much easier to do a register and see who was missing.
After we had finished with the venue, we had to make sure that all of our rubbish was cleared and all equipment borrowed from the venue was given back to them in the condition that they were given in. It was our responsibility to clear up any rubbish by putting it in the bins provided and also to give back the overalls, guns and helmets.
Although we must clean up after ourselves, it is not our responsibility to do any clearing up at the venue further such as clearing the bins or washing the equipment. These jobs are for the venue to do and were covered in the cost of the event; part of the £24 we paid for paintballing was to pay for these jobs to be done.
