Human Resource Plan

The Human Resource Cycle refers to the process that is involved in employing people into a business. The Human Resource Department is responsible for carrying out the processes in the cycle. Employees are employed; they contribute to the business and eventually leave. This process can be seen in the different stages of the Human Resource Cycle.

After trained labour is identified previously, job descriptions are formed and are to be discussed with special employees. The business would most likely use external recruitment (outside the firm) to attract employees as there would be only one skilled person currently in the business; which is the sole trader (owner).
