Subject: E-customer ordering system
Attention Managers:
Due to the increased number in customer orders, upper management has decided to use an E-customer ordering system. The use of the e-customer ordering system is to reduce the number of employee errors during the peak times which will then allow for better concentration on the customers who have arrived in person, and cut the number of reported errors. The E-customer ordering system allows the customer to input their own orders, eliminating employee errors on ordering input.
Making the decision to adopt the E-customer ordering system is a strategic plan. This plan allows for low-cost and differentiation, management has decided to adopt this plan as a competitive strategy. Keeping costs low and offering a unique service which customers are willing to pay a premium price keeps the company different from its competitors.
Dalman and I will continually be in contact with all managers via email, this will be so we can learn how the new system is operating at the store front level and what results it is bringing in via customers and employees alike.
Sincerely,
Dalman and Lei
CEO’s of Sandwich Blitz Inc.
