In a 23-page document which he faxed to ABC News, he claims to have done it because of “the church shooting in Charleston happened on 6/17/15...," Williams wrote, according to ABC. "What sent me over the top was the church shooting. And my hollow point bullets have the victims' initials on them."
In my opinion, nothing gives you the right to take another person’s life no matter what.
Williams died at 1.30PM from the self-inflicted gunshot wounds.

The victims of yesterday’s shooting in Moneta, Bedford County on live TV in US State of Virginia were both engaged to be married. Alison Parker was engaged to a fellow reporter Chris Hurst, they were both in love. Chris expressed his emotions on Facebook, saying he was “numb”. Alison Parker, age 24 and Adam Ward age 27 were shot dead by Vester Lee Flanagan II while conducting an interview with Chairman of local Chamber of Commerce.
Following the shooting, Flanagan took to social media to posting a video of the shooting from his angle. He also posted messages abusing the victims.
According to President Obama, the failure to curb gun violence in the United States has been very frustrating.
