Virtual Vineyards Evaluation Paper * What advantages does virtual vineyards have over traditional retailers? Virtual vineyards have an advantage by them being able to reach more customers from all over as opposed to a traditional retailer who would rely on customers within a certain area. They also have the ability to offer a wider variety of product to their customers. * How does virtual vineyards distribution channel differ from traditional stores (think about suppliers, interaction with customers, facilities, etc)? Virtual vineyards differs from that of traditional stores in that they do not have to have full staffs and large warehouses to hold all the inventory instead they are able to deal directly with the wholesalers. * Do you think it will work well in other parts of the country? Why or Why not? Yes, this is the type of idea that will work as people find that they are limited in time and want to get a deal but do not want to lose out on quality. * How vulnerable do you think virtual vineyards are to rivals and imitators?
