Introduction
Turbulent times are inevitable in any life cycle, may it be in one’s own personal life or in a business environment. Nations and governments also constantly face turbulent times and so thus any kind of relationship. A big chunk of success usually goes through a rough phase before reaching its peak. Hence, companies and individuals must be ready for turbulence and should brace themselves for rougher times.
It is rare to reach success with such smooth flow and certainty. Perhaps, they just have not reached the turbulent phase in their life, but it does not mean it will not come. It just has not arrived yet.

There is no clear and definitive formula for success or for hurling through obstacles. Each situation requires unique set of actions to help a leader and its company navigate through its crisis.
