With the sound of the Gulf waters crashing on the soft white sand, the warm sun beating down and the squawking sounds of the seagulls flying overhead, I could sit there for hours. The impact that sitting on Siesta Key beach has on my sense of touch, smell and sound, is one that I have yet to experience on any other beach. I remember feeling overwhelmed with excitement as I stood on the white sandy beach and looked out into the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
