I saw Dr. Waluzak yesterday. He is aware that I have completed physical therapy and have been instructed to continue all of the exercises at home, which I am doing at least 3-4 days a week. I am 90% better, however, when I do certain activities, such as getting in and out of my SUV (sit up high), Sexual activities (such as straddling), this is when I feel the greatest discomfort. I have to step on my running boards on my SUV to get in to avoid that discomfort from stretching or aggravating my "Pyriformis" muscle. The physical therapist advised me to continue with the exercises (stretching), continue with Massage Envy, who has help tremendously with the deep tissue massage of that muscle.
