Introduction Air fresheners have hidden hazards in them we decided to make an alternative for this. According to The Health Wyze Report Air fresheners have become extremely common, but the concept behind them is flawed. For instance, air fresheners are used to mask odors, but those smells exist for a reason. The ideal response to odors is eliminating their source, or like in the case of a gym, to increase the intake of outside air. Air fresheners may be quicker in the short term, but in the long term, the diseases and illnesses that you will inevitably encounter make other options worthwhile. People are much more likely to become sick whilst using these; both from the immune-suppressing chemicals released, and from the molds and bacteria that are left growing unchecked. The aim of this project is to prevent harmful toxins with the use of watermelon peels and to create a healthy alternative in terms of recycling and preventing different chemicals from air fresheners. This research present the efficiency of watermelon peels to become a healthy component because it has no chemicals and it has a great scent. It is very beneficial to people because it won’t be very harmful to the health of each one. Almost all air fresheners contain dichlorobenzene, a chemical comprised of chlorine and benzene. It is a known carcinogen, and an EPA-registered pesticide. Animals exposed to it developed liver and kidney tumors. It is found in the bloodstream of almost every human. And also it is not that expensive and we can budget to make it. It is easy to do this project since the materials we need are just common and easy to find. And the procedures are just simple and it wouldn’t take much of the time. It is also beneficial for schools because the comfort rooms can be very stinky. If we use watermelon peels as an alternative for the contents of air fresheners then air freshener wouldn’t be harmful for the health of each person. Therefore watermelon peels will be a great alternative for air fresheners so that our health wouldn’t be at risk and there wouldn’t be any health problems since the components of this project are natural ingredients.
