Waupun High School is not a save school. For first the staff does not punish the troubled, kids in trouble, and the ones that can be potential problem hard enough. These kids that are in trouble, or constantly in trouble are making it hard for kids that want to learn a hard place to do what they please. This becomes a problem when the shy kids or the ones who don't understand the lesson they are being taught go to ask a question or go to speak feel that they can't express their feelings. Next, there have been way too many drug related problems in the school. I have seen and heard that there are drug busts almost 4-5 times a year! This is saying that not only are kids getting to drugs at a extremely young age they are exposing even more people
