...Website Content Plan When thinking of what media format and or plug-in to use, it was a bit difficult. There are so many different types to use. One of the problems that I see with using them is how do you know if the customer has the latest update or not. If they don’t then they will have to update their computer and that may inhibit them from being able to navigate the site. Taking this into consideration my site will not be using any of these. I will be using graphics in several different areas of the website. The first area will be the logo used for the site. This will be used on all the pages within the site. The next area they will be used as thumbnails. The last area will be the graphic examples that were created for different customers. The content will consist of a home page, a gallery page, multiple example pages and a contact page. The home page will provide information on the services that are offered. The gallery page will have thumbnail examples of the different scalable vector graphics that were created, which then will hyperlink to a the example pages. The example pages will show a larger view of the scalable vector graphics and a brief description of what the graphic was created or used for. The contact page will provide the contact information. As the designer of all the SVGs on this site there are no copyright restrictions. When dealing with the usability and accessibility of this site. I wanted the site to be very easy to navigate. All...

...CONTENT PLAN CREATIVESERENITY WEBSITE TRACY AU 3RD OF JUNE, 2015 https://creativeserenityt.wordpress.com 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background I wish to exhibit your work on the website of an international digital media collective (The Digital Media Collective or TDMC). The collective aims to help outstanding emerging digital media practitioners obtain work by giving them exposure (The Loop, 2013). The actual portfolios are not stored on the TDMC site. Instead, each category of digital media has a list of names, thumbnails, and links to the practitioners’ websites. There is also a category for generalists – people with skills in multiple areas. The collective knows that recruitment agencies and prospective hirers of digital media professionals regularly look at the portfolios on their site. Inclusion is usually by invitation only but you aim to send them a link to your digital media portfolio in the hope they will be sufficiently impressed. Although they are primarily interested in high quality innovative work, they only include portfolios that are professional, well-structured, easy to understand and navigate. 1.2 Purpose This website will utilize a high quality web design that is minimalistic and designed for portfolios, allowing my works to be the main focus. It will responsive and optimized for all devices and will be Search Engine Optimized so my website can be easily discovered by future clients and employers. My portfolio will be update...

...How to increase visibility and conversion rate for our web site: Topics: SEM and SMM (optimizing Budgets) Social Media Link Exchange and Breadcrumbs App Responsive Design Google Content Network Eye-track Web Temperature map SEM and SMM We are planning on investing around 5000 EUR every month between SEM and SMM, we are going to focus on SEM more than SMM because we know that people click on the ads when is the specific information that they are looking for, appears on the right side of their search results. We are planning on targeting two kind of audiences doing SEM, the first of all is the one that is looking for projects to invest money on those, this audience in mainly from US and Asia, those are already venture capitalist, whose are looking for profitable projects, while are working on our SEO strategy, that takes around 2 months at least to get on the first page of the search results, we are planning on doing SEM, to target the long-tail of investors who are interested on not only profitable projects, but also to invest in India in solar parks, for those queries we already made a research and we don’t have competitors, so maybe we will get to the first position very easy, but when targeting venture capitalist that are looking for profitable projects, is not that simple, because there are many projects available, many ventures as well as people looking for investors that fund theirs, in that case, we are willing to invest in the most expensive...

...Social media marketing refers to the process of gaining website traffic or attention through social media sites. Social media is a platform that is easily accessible to anyone with internet access. Increased communication for organizations fosters brand awareness and often, improved customer service. Additionally, social media serves as a relatively inexpensive platform for organizations to implement marketing campaigns. Social media marketing (SMM) is a form of Internet marketing that utilizes social networking websites as a marketing tool. The goal of SMM is to produce content that users will share with their social network to help a company increase brand exposure and broaden customer reach. Is social media marketing right for your business? * This is the question few companies ask themselves before launching into social media marketing. And, as a result, their forays into social media marketing often result in frustration and, sometimes, failure. Not because social media marketing doesn’t work – just because they didn’t do it correctly. Social media marketing is like any other campaign, it must have an objective and a strategy to achieve desired results. * There are many companies that think it's the quick fix to a struggling business or that it will generate revenue that will help them in a difficult economic time. Truth is that social media can, in fact, affect your bottom line – but, it takes time. * Social media has a sequence of events that transpire...

There is a need to follow the system development life cycle (SDLS) for it to be successful and have transformational effect on the company’s operation (Klein, S. 2007). If there is redundancy in the site of the company, some measures should be carried out to ensure that it functions well to serve the company’s information needs. There should be a back-up site available as a failover in case the main site goes down. There is also a need for the site to be redesigned to allow customers to order products online. The system development life cycle (SDLS) is involves seven phases or steps that are followed in developing an information system from conception up to disposition. The following is the seven-step phase of developing an information system by a software engineer: 1. Conceptual Planning 2. Planning and Requirements Definition 3. System design 4. Development and Testing 5. Implementation phase 6. Operations and Maintenance phase 7. Operations and Maintenance phase Conceptual Planning This is the first phase in the system development life cycle. In this phase the information system conceptual framework is constructed.
