` There have been numerous recommendations over the past few weeks that will assist Landslide Limousines development and growth in Austin, Texas that will make this company shine against its competitors. It is now time to make recommendations on the recruitment and selection strategies that will further encourage the developing factors and workforce diversity making the company stronger in as an entity. One strategy would be the management of diversity. According to Cascio, 2013, “This is a pragmatic business strategy that focuses on maximizing the productivity, creativity, and commitment of the workforce while meeting the needs of diverse consumer groups.” Workforce diversity will show that there are no particular employees that will have be higher than any other but will have the tools and support to work up to his or her potential. It is important for the selection process to be opened to those who have the experience, who can relate to the customers that Landslide Limousines will be serving. It is recommended that Landslide Limousines holds a diversity symposium that will train and teach its employees the importance of culture and diversity internally and externally. The symposium will show how many cultures are different and how they relate. This is extremely important as most of the clients that Landslide Limousines will be serving will have to have face to face contact with its employees. Information concerning diversity will give the employees an understanding and a sense of compassion and concern when dealing with the clients. Therefore, helping the employees to relate to the customers and building a relationship that will help to promote growth for Landslide Limousines in Austin, Texas.
